Well-established, award-winning, full-scope family practice without OB care, we see patients from birth through end of life. Located in Kent, WA a suburban city. We have four nurse practitioners at present. The full-time work week is 4-10h days. On-call is phone only, with a typical rotation of once every four weeks. Call typically less than 5/week. We've been in the community for 37 years. We are affiliated with a local university as a nurse-managed center of excellence. We are looking for the right FNP to join us. Prefer three years of clinical experience as a family nurse practitioner but will consider the right candidate with one year of experience. Procedure skills are a plus, but we can teach procedures such as IUD insertion, biopsies, and other common primary care procedures. Experience precepting and willingness to continue. Starting salary range 115-140K. 401(k) with matching, CE, dental insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, malpractice insurance, vacation, and tuition reimbursement.
