I am a Clinical Nurse Leader in a nurse specialist role at the University of Washington Medical Center, Northwest campus. My focus is on behavioral health, providing consultative services to our staff to inform best practices, policy work, clinical competencies, research and process improvement. Currently, I am a subject matter expert for behavioral health and have enjoyed supporting the new Garvey Institute Center for Neuromodulation, which includes transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). I have a passion for supporting nursing clinical practice in these new services, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration and providing education on these new services to the community.
