Event: Hosted by the National Kidney Foundation serving WA, OR, NV, and
CA, this in-person co-management workshop will bring together primary care
providers, nephrologists, and allied specialists to explore emerging
approaches to CKD prevention and care, including the integrated
management of diabetes and hypertension. Participants will engage with
expert insights and collaborative activities to build shared strategies for
effective CKD co-management. The workshop and dinner are
complimentary; 
registration is required.
Target audience: Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Nurses
Earn 1.5 CME credits (pending approval)
