Position Description

OBGYN Role in Oregon - Join a Supportive, Established Team


We are seeking an OBGYN to join a group in Oregon! This well-established practice offers a supportive team environment with broad referral networks and a new women's health clinic launching, ensuring long-term growth and demand.


Practice Setting


  • Join a team of 1 OBGYN, 1 CNM, 1 Women's Health NP/PA, and 2 consistent locum providers
  • Comprehensive midlevel support from Medical Assistants, Midwives, and PAs
  • Focus on low-risk OB cases, with an average of 10-15 deliveries per month per provider
  • Onsite anesthesia and NICU support to ensure comprehensive care for all patients


Schedule


  • 8 AM - 5 PM, with 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 administrative hours per week
    • 3 days in clinic, 1 day in the OR
    • Dedicated clinic and OR time, with manageable call responsibilities


Compensation & Benefits


  • Competitive base salary ranging from $350,000 to $400,000, based on experience, with additional RVU-based bonuses
    • Signing bonus of $25,000 and relocation assistance up to $10,000
    • CME allowance of $3,000 plus 5 dedicated CME days
    • PTO and full malpractice coverage
