Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time
• Opportunities in both Family Medicine Clinic and Internal Medicine Clinic
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care focusing on acute, chronic and preventative health concerns for individuals and families

Background Profile:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Oregon license
• Bilingual preferred
