Providing services for adults, children, and families with Medicaid coverage, Greater Lakes offers 6 convenient mental health care locations including a 16-bed inpatient facility covering medically necessary voluntary and involuntary services to adults. Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare – Lakewood, WA

MultiCare Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our thriving and well-supported behavioral health team. This role will primarily support the Greater Lakes Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) program, delivering field-based care to adults (ages 18–59) facing serious behavioral health and substance use challenges.

Position Highlights:

• FTE: 0.8 (32 hours/week)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible daytime hours

• Location: Greater Lakes Main Building, Lakewood, WA (with community-based outreach)

• Starting Salary Range: $109,587.20–$129,111.60 annually (based on 0.8 FTE)

Requirements

• Certified psychiatric ARNP or D-ARNP
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• Minimum 1-3 years clinical experience providing direct patient care
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Maintain a valid Washington State Motor Vehicle License

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $136,984.00 - $185,795.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
