Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) at Coastal Family Health Center • Position focused on family medicine and community health • Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to translation and patient care • EMR system is EPIC • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-7:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am-5:00 pm • Team-based approach to patient care with opportunity to manage your own patient panel • Develop and cultivate long-term patient relationships • Serve underserved patient populations in a supportive environment • New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience with community health considered • Required qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners, or Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program for PAs
