Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician

Job Details:
• Serve as an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in family medicine
• Work with a largely migrant and Latino community in an FQHC setting
• Manage your own patient panel with a team-based approach to patient care
• Collaborate with certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation and patient care support
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Work full-time schedule (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week)
• Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Participate in 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala
• Must complete Master's or Doctoral Degree as Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree as Physician Assistant
• Commitment to working with underserved patient populations required
• New graduates encouraged to apply with relevant clinical rotations and community health experience
