Give ARNPs full scope of practice in the VA in EVERY STATE

The VA is proposing rule changes expanding the scope of practice for all APRNs in the Veteran's Administration. Currently, an APRN licensed in a state with restricted scope of practice must abide by those restrictions no matter where she is practicing. LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD before July 25.
