ARNPs authorized to certify disability for the Department of Fish and Wildlife

Legal advisors for the Department of Fish and Wildlife determined that our Global Signature Legislation, RCW 18.79.256, provides authority for ARNP signatures to certify a person qualifies as a person with a disability for purposes of obtaining disabled hunting/fishing privileges. This certification waives the licensing fee for hunting and fishing licenses for disabled persons.
