NP Week (330 KB)

Patients choose NPs in more than 1 billion visits every year.  National NP Week is held annually to celebrate NPs as exceptional health care providers and to remind lawmakers of the importance of removing outdated barriers to practice.

Governor Jay Inslee has issued a proclamation proclaiming November 10-16 Nurse Practitioner Week (see attached proclamation).

Visit the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) to see how you can get involved this week: See the attached flyer for information about a $20 discount for membership to AANP.

Thanks to every nurse practitioner for your contributions to the care of the people of Washington.
