Nursing Scope of Practice Advisory Opinions

Partner and Stakeholder Workshop Invitation

The Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission may issue advisory opinions in response to questions put to it by professional health associations, nursing practitioners and consumers concerning the authority of advanced registered nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants to perform particular acts.

The commission is developing, reviewing, or revising an advisory opinion concerning nursing scope of practice. You are invited to participate in our workshop to share information and solicit input through this process.
