COVID-19 has underscored the importance of strong health systems and the need for a robust health workforce to deliver care and save lives. Both are essential to surmounting the great health challenges of our time.
At Seed Global Health, we believe we have to lean into the crisis; our work is more important than ever. We are committed to making health investments today that not only respond to COVID-19 and the persistent epidemics of infectious and non-communicable diseases of today, but build the resilient health systems of tomorrow that can deliver high-quality care long after COVID-19.
As we continue to tackle the pandemic, the role of our educators in supporting the strengthening of the health workforce in collaboration with colleagues in our partner countries is critical.
We are excited to share that Seed is currently accepting applications for Physician, Nurse, and Midwife Educators for the 2021-2022 academic year! We are looking for passionate and purpose driven individuals who can contribute their multifaceted skill set and expertise to innovatively build human resources for health capacity in Malawi, Uganda, and Zambia.
Together, we can ensure every country has well-trained health professionals that can deliver high-quality care, detect threats, respond to crises, and provide ongoing education across the health workforce for generations.
