PLU Continuing Education Opportunities - ARNPs United members get discounted access

Pacific Lutheran University, Center for Continued Nursing Learning (PLUCCNL) has 3 upcoming virtual discounted classes for students and faculty.

The first offerings are part of CCNL's  'End of Life Series".  Part 1 is a primer for the WA state Death with Dignity law scheduled for  Wed. 11/3/21 7p-8:30p. 

Part 2 in our End of Life Series is entitled "Advanced Care Planning". This class is scheduled for Wed 11/10/21 7p-8:30p taught by PLU Alum Francesca Stracke DNP. 

Finally, CCNL is proud to offer a 6 hr SBIRT ( Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral for Treatment) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) into 2 parts. Part 1, which will include an overview of SBIRT taught by Dr. Carrie Anne Matyac Saturday 11/6 09-12. 

 Part 2 which will focus on MI will be taught by past PLU Faculty Dr. DelRene Davis, Saturday 11/13/21 from 09-12.  Nursing contact hours will be provided for all of these classes.
