PNW Palliative Care and Hospice Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Group

The PNW Palliative Care and Hospice APP group was formed to bring palliative care and hospice advanced practice providers to share knowledge, practice pearls, the latest evidence-based practice, and get to know each other and local resources. We have been meeting virtually on the last Tuesday evening of every month for the past six months, and we plan to continue to meet on this schedule with the hope that we will one day be able to meet in person!
