Death With Dignity Act Survey - Please Participate

Recently you received a request to complete an online survey investigating the perspectives of 
ARNPs regarding their participation in the Death with Dignity Act. If you already completed the 
survey, thank you!

If you have not completed the survey, ARNPs United of Washington State urges you to respond today.  Survey results will help inform the Washington State Legislature about ARNP interest and willingness to participate in the law if a bill to add ARNPs and PAs as prescribing or consulting providers is considered in a future legislative session.

Participation in the survey is completely voluntary and confidentiality will be maintained with results reported in aggregate only. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Dr.  Elizabeth  Loggers who is the principal investigator at loggerslab@fredhutch.org.
