ALL ARNP Student PRECEPTORS ARE ELIGIBLE for incentive payment until June 15

Washington State Student Nurse Preceptor Grant: 

Great news!  In addition to incentivizing the preceptor payments for the first and last quarters we can now offer payments for all quarters clinical preceptors have precepted ARNP students for 80 hours since Sept 2022 to June 2023. 

All the COH forms must be submitted by June 15. There is no flexibility in that date as the close out of the fiscal year is the end of June.

Here is a link to the COH form and instructions to apply for a Statewide Vendor Number.   You will need the Statewide Vendor Number to apply for the incentive and it can take up 10 days to receive.

1. Complete the Vendor/Payee Registration Form with the Office of Financial Management (OFM)
2. Complete the Certification of Hours (COH) (PDF) form
• The education program will email the COH form to you when you finish precepting.
• The education program will fill out the first page.
• The education program Dean or Director will sign the COH form certifying the preceptor hours.

3. Email completed COH form to PGVerifications@doh.wa.gov
• Due June 15th
